Welcome! I am a sixth-year Ph.D. Candidate in Economics at Boston University. Starting in Fall 2024, I will be an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Pittsburgh.

As a macroeconomist focused on growth and optimal policy, my research considers how policy should guide, and respond to, technological change. More broadly, I am interested in normative questions pertaining to long-term welfare.

My wife and I have taken the Giving What We Can Pledge to donate 10% of our consumption and estate to effective charities.
